Persona Acting™ is run by brother and sister act Michael and Rachel D'Cruze. Michael is a professional actor and director with 22 years experience and Rachel is definitely the brains and beauty behind the business, setting up and running the operation from scratch. They started Persona Acting™ following a telephone conversation in March 2007 when Michael announced that rather than teach for other organisations it was time to go it alone (..ish!). All he needed was a business partner to work with someone who would set up and run the business so he could teach ...a seed was planted, an acorn began to grow, and a partnership was formed!
