Doing the course has given me my confidence back in getting out there again and since doing the course I auditioned for a Lynx ad and got the part. Michael & Jude helped me with my confidence to make me a better actor. Alkin's involvement as a writer/director gave an insight into television and Rachel's encouragement keeps you going. I've learnt more in 10 weeks than I did with 3 years of drama at University. Well worth it! Nathan Robinson, Actor  Rachel, thank you for giving me the chance to participate to your course. Michael is a wonderful, positive teacher who no matter what stage you are at; beginner/some experience, can help you become a better more confident actor. The classes were well prepared, and allowed you to try new things such as TV and voice over work, which other courses don’t do. It was brilliant to get back into performing, and although it was a nerve wracking prospect; from the first class, Michael and the class put you at ease. I'm so pleased I did the course, it has given me the much needed confidence and enthusiasm to reapply to drama school. I have learned so much; Michael has inside industry knowledge which he happily spreads, so I'd recommend anyone to do the course and sponge it up! Sasha McNally This has been a wonderful course and I have enjoyed it immensely. In ten weeks we have learned so much, not only about projecting ourselves as a character on a stage but also how to obtain the best image in front of the camera. The latter I found so revealing; you see yourself as others see you, (or how you perceive they do). The warm up and workouts really make you think about the ‘breath’. I for one will continue to think about how to breathe properly. All three tutors were so thorough in their tuition and kept us on our toes constantly. Michael in particular, he never uses two words when one would do. I really wish every success to Persona. For myself it has given me self-esteem and confidence. I'd just like to say that I really enjoyed the course, Michael's a brilliant teacher, who most importantly understands the apprehensions that come with doing a drama course. I found the course not only a brilliant way of meeting new people but also confidence building. I found the course innovative, exciting and informative, Michael was an excellent teacher as were Luci and Steph, their varying approaches and artistic styles ensured that we could learn something new and different from each of them. Although I was nervous and lacking in confidence at the beginning, Persona’s approach ensured that my confidence grew. I have left the course a much more confident person and ready to push myself further in the acting world. Before the course began I had no experience of stage acting, or working in front of the camera, I have now joined an agency and have worked as a 'supporting actor' on two BBC dramas.
